My name is Van Nguyen and I provide procurement business & process improvement analysis, recommendations, and implementations for small businesses to increase their profit. Besides managing projects, I also focus on ensuring the work is sustainable & effective. For me, there is nothing worse than working on something that does not improve my clients’ goals nor resolve the core issues. I design solutions that could be continued by my clients. My overall process for supporting new clients is through Lean Six Sigma’s DMAIC and Project Management models.
