Worked closely with McKinsey consultants & cross-functional team to determine Global Deepwater’s breakeven operational cost. 

Head of North America Purchasing Operations/ Procurement Improvement Project Manager
Headed a 24-person S2P Operational Service Center that processes requisitions and receipts worth $2.3 billion annually for US & Canada. Responsible for team’s $3 million annual budget. Led continuous improvement project to offshore SAP workload to company’s global service center in the Philippines for S2P effectiveness and optimize global talent.

Contracting & Procurement Manager, US Onshore Operations
Achieved & tracked $16 million in annual savings through vendor management. Managed existing contracts & suppliers’ performances for various Indirect categories with over 8000 SKUs worth $180 million in annual cost. Negotiated & executed 70+ agreements.
