Determine Client’s scope of work.
Negotiate Client’s contracts with any individual or organization that wants to hire Client.
Provide Client’s necessary information (including, W9) to set-up Client’s with Client’s procuring and payment systems.
Billing Practices
Create time tracker with automation for easy billing to Client’s clients.
Bill Client’s clients: track dates of invoices (submittal & receival) & create and update billing status report.
Provide record management of contracts and invoices.
Day-to-Day Administration
Create and/or review presentations, articles, etc. Coordinate logistical needs for speaking and facilitation engagements.
Work with Client and outside vendors to ensure successful engagements, including appropriate event virtual or physical space.
Attend Client’s speaking and facilitation engagements for logistical assurance and administrative assistance.
